About these terms

These terms govern your use of the IntuitiveUI website operated by IntuitiveUI Ltd ("IntuitiveUI", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [Company No.]). By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

IntuitiveUI is a design and engineering consultancy. The information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer or a binding quote. Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, deliverables, fees, timescales and responsibilities. Where those documents conflict with anything on the website, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Using this website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users. You may view and print content for your own reference, but you may not republish or exploit it commercially without our permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to IntuitiveUI and is protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work we produce under a client engagement is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement, not here.

Enquiries and no reliance

Information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information. It does not constitute professional or technical advice for your specific situation. Any advice or recommendation for your project will be given under a formal engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat client and prospect information as confidential and expect the same in return. Confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement are set out in the agreement for that work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability in relation to paid work is governed by the agreement for that work.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and provide the links for convenience only.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on

this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
